Chad Bentz, Athletic Director for Juneau-Dougals High School, former MLB Player and Alaska Sports Hall of Fame member, came to visit Annette Island School District to visit our students and tell us his inspirational story. Chad played professional baseball for the Montreal Expos and the Florida Marlins. He taught our students about the Golden Rule, and persevering even when he was born with a hand deformity.
