Our Metlakatla High School Theater Class will perform their next production "8 Minutes Left" THIS Thursday & Friday!

When: Thursday May 14th & Friday May 15th
Time: 6:00 pm
Where: Metlakatla High School
Adults $10 | Students $5 | Elders & Children Under 2 Free

About "8 Minutes Left":
The world is coming to an end at exactly 4:44 PM today, and no one has had any time to prepare. 8 Minutes Left follows the residents of Charlesville, NJ as they navigate their final moments on this Earth – from a couple with a bunker in their backyard who can’t quite figure out how to get in, to two elderly frenemies who fight over their favorite park bench, to a pair of theater employees debating the ethics of theft at the end of the world, this thoughtful and keenly observed play manages to find the intimate humor of humans in crisis.

This past weekend, MHS Senior Sara H. attended the State Solo & Ensemble Music Festival in Anchorage to perform her clarinet solo! Not only is Sara the first MHS student to ever compete at this competition, she also received a Superior Rating, the highest rating you can receive!

Congratulations, Sara- we are all so incredibly proud of you! Luk'wil aam dzabn! 🎶
