Mrs. Henry's class standing on risers holding their certificates and wearing medals for academic achievements!

Congratulations to all of our students at Richard Johnson Elementary on your hard work and dedication to learning!

On Friday January 21st, our students came to the gym by class in order to receive medals for hard work in both reading and math.  Then, students that received that highest score in their class for both their math and reading  MAP testing, and those who received the biggest improvement from the last MAP test, were recognized with a trophy!

Since families couldn't attend due to COVID, the event was livestreamed to the district's YouTube page and is now available to view at any time:

Here are just a few images from Friday's celebration.  Teachers have access to all individual photos of students- please contact your student's teacher directly for copies!

We are SO proud of our incredible talented students.  Congratulations!
