Mr. Stemp's 3rd grade class has been reading and learning about famous painters. They recently learned about Claude Monet and took a trip to Skater's Lake to see lily pads, something Monet was famous for painting.
The students sketched drawings of the lake, trees, mountains, and even houses, then presented their art to their classmates. Everyone enjoyed a nice walk around the lake, and a beautiful morning in the sunshine!
