Recently, Mr. Mike's and Mrs. Adam's 1st grade classes took a trip to S'ndooyntgm Galts'ap Community Garden! Gatgyeda Haayk (Tia Atkinson) was our wonderful host.
According to Mrs. Amy Shellabarger who attended:
"We planted tomatoes, flower bulbs and heirloom potatoes. These potatoes were brought here in 1887 and have been continuously grown. Many of the students tried fresh spinach, herbs and enjoyed the beautiful garden!"
