-Tickets will be sold at the door, $5 for 10 tickets. *All RJES students will receive 10 free tickets at the door!*
-Tickets can be used for all food and activities, with the exception of the silent auction (auction winners will need to pay cash or check only).
We are also looking for donations for our Bake Sale and Prize Walk! We are looking for items like cookies, brownies, etc. that can be individually bagged or wrapped, as well as larger items like pies or cakes. Our sign up for The Great AISD Holiday Cookie Bake Off ends in just a few days (11/23)! The link has been updated, if you weren't able to access it when we originally posted, please try again.
The competition will officially begin Monday November 27th. This competition is open to AISD students, Staff, Parents, and others in the community. It will take place over the course of 4 weeks (11/27, 12/4, 12/11, 1/8 due to Winter Break) with a different theme or type of cookie every week.
Here are the details:
-A dozen cookies will be due every Monday morning by 10AM at the Elementary School in order to get scored for the week. The Friday before the cookies are due a text will be sent out with theme of the week so you have all weekend to compete! A brief questionnaire about possible allergens will also need to be submitted. The top 3 scores will be counted, so if you miss a week, it's okay!
-The judges will be students and staff who will fill out a ballot for every cookie judging its: mouth feel, holiday spirit, visual pleasingness, etc... Student judges will represent all three buildings every week and will change week to week.
