Attention AISD Community: Today the school became aware of an incident that took place in the community on Thursday evening that was off campus and not during a school activity. It was reported that a conflict took place between a group of juveniles and a handgun was pulled out. It is our understanding that the police have responded to the incident and the school followed up with a report when we became aware of it. At no time was there a risk to students or staff during school hours.

For instance, she has taken every song and warmup we play for 6th grade band and rewritten it in large print, then color coded it to meet her student's needs.
