Our DDF team traveled to Juneau-Douglas High School: Yadaa.at Kalé last weekend to compete in their fourth regional meet of the 2024-2025 season! The team did exceptionally well, with four of our events breaking through to finals: Evyn V. took 5th place in Dramatic Interpretation. Lacey M. took 5th place in Humorous Interpretation. Evyn V. and Lacey M. took 5th place in Duet Acting. Gabrielle S. took 2nd place in Original Oratory. The Second Annual Richard Johnson Elementary Carnival is this Thursday, December 19th, from 6:00-8:00 pm at RJES! Our 5th Graders have been working hard to get everything ready, and are so excited to host! A few details: -All RJES students will receive a free game bracelet to play each carnival game one time. -Tickets for all other students, adults, or RJES students who wish to play more games are $5.00 for 10 tickets. -All games are 3 tickets each. -All food items are 1 ticket each. -Additional tickets can be purchased throughout the carnival, if needed!
